This program is designed to give as much support as possible to individuals who are currently struggling with motivation, loneliness, depression and are either clinically overweight or are struggling to walk for various reasons. I will be there with you every step of the way to help you gradually and safely improve your fitness. A training programme will be included in the package for you to continue throughout the week. All abilities are welcome to book, and I will ensure a challenging and fun training session to help you build your fitness. Exercises can be added too to give a full body workout so there's no need to join a gym. Groups welcome!
